Brian P. McGinley
Brian P. McGinley is an associate attorney with Herrig & Vogt, LLP, practicing out of the Sacramento office. Mr. McGinley’s practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation with an emphasis in construction law. Mr. McGinley received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was the recipient of a Barristers Scholarship. Mr. McGinley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. McGinley worked as both a financial analyst and health data analyst in the Healthcare industry. Mr. McGinley is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of California. Mr. McGinley is a member of the State Bar of California.
