Meagan J. Wilson
Meagan J. Wilson is an associate attorney with Herrig & Vogt, LLP, practicing out of the Sacramento office. Ms. Wilson’s practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation. Ms. Wilson received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to joining Herrig & Vogt, LLP, Ms. Wilson practiced civil litigation with a law firm specializing in the representation of Native American tribes around the country. Before that, Ms. Wilson practiced education law and general civil litigation with an education law firm that represents various school districts throughout California. During that time, she gained extensive experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on preparing for and attending numerous arbitrations on behalf of the school districts. During law school, Ms. Wilson worked as a law clerk for the California Environmental Protection Agency and the California Parole Advocacy Program. Ms. Wilson is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of California.
