Judy Hernandez

As an associate attorney at Herrig, Vogt & Hensley, LLP, Judy Hernandez provides legal services in the area of family law.  

Ms. Hernandez graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.  She worked in television and radio for several years before pursuing her career in law.  

Ms. Hernandez completed her legal studies at The Southern Institute of Law, Santa Barbara, where she was valedictorian of her class and was conferred a Juris Doctor degree in 2019. 

While in law school, Ms. Hernandez worked as a legal assistant for a family law firm in Santa Barbara, providing assistance to families and individuals filing for divorce, dealing with child support, parentage, and custody issues. 

Ms. Hernandez is a zealous advocate for her clients and takes pride in helping them navigate through difficult situations in the divorce and custody process while genuinely listening to their needs and goals.  

Ms. Hernandez is bilingual and speaks Spanish.
