Lindsay L. Roscoe is as an associate attorney for Herrig & Vogt, LLP. Ms. Roscoe’s practice focuses on all aspects of general civil litigation, including advising clients on general litigation matters, with an emphasis on construction law.
Ms. Roscoe received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communications from Sacramento State University and was awarded her Juris Doctor Degree from the McGeorge School of Law. During law school she externed at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and in the Legal Affairs Office at U.C. Davis Health System. She is a member of the State Bar of California, and is certified to practice in all California State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. In January 2017 Ms. Roscoe was elected to the Placer County Bar Association as Member-At-Large. As a member of the Board, Ms. Roscoe oversees the continuing legal education programming in Placer County.
