Anthony P. Fritz received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983. For more than 30 years Mr. Fritz has represented clients in California Federal, State and Bankruptcy courts, as well as administrative tribunals and private arbitration. Mr. Fritz is an effective advocate with a proven track record of success for his clients in complex commercial and construction defect litigation.
Mr. Fritz has secured recoveries in excess of $1 million for several homeowner
clients in single family home construction defect litigation.
His experience includes a wide range of issues including construction disputes, corporate governance, contract disputes, non-disclosure
and fraud, broker fiduciary duty, employment, business insolvency and personal injury. Mr. Fritz has represented individuals and business clients operating in the real estate, construction, banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, technology, hotel, restaurant and professional services industries.
