As an associate attorney at Herrig, Vogt & Hensley, LLP, Anthony Valenti is committed to providing outstanding legal services to his clients across a variety of practice areas. In 2009, Mr. Valenti was part of the inaugural graduating class at the University of California, Merced, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. In 2012, Mr. Valenti earned his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento with concentrations in Business Law and Intellectual Property.

Before joining Herrig, Vogt & Hensley in 2021, Mr. Valenti was the senior associate attorney at Ellis Law Group, focusing on civil litigation (including commercial and business litigation), personal injury litigation, professional liability, legal malpractice, creditors’ rights, and debt collection. Prior to that, Mr. Valenti practiced at the law firm of Rushford & Bonotto and served as in-house counsel for a prominent, Sacramento-based neurosurgical corporation. He also gained experience in the fields of construction defect, employment, business, and corporate law through his practice at the Sacramento-based law firms of Porter Scott and Radoslovich Krogh (now Radoslovich Shapiro).

In 2014, Mr. Valenti had the honor and privilege of serving as a Special Deputy District Attorney in and for Glenn County, where he successfully prosecuted a criminal case to a favorable verdict on behalf of the Glenn County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Valenti is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
